Both plans include email marketing to your loyalty members. You can send promotions, announce new menu items, share events, and more. Your loyalty list and email list are one and the same — every new member is automatically added to your audience.
- What's the difference between the plans?

Essentials includes everything you need to run loyalty, email marketing, and reputation management using QR codes. Growth adds branded NFC coasters that let customers tap to join instantly at the table — no scanning required. NFC tends to drive significantly higher signup rates.
- Is there a setup fee or contract?

There's a one-time setup fee that covers onboarding, configuring your loyalty program, and shipping your NFC devices if you're on Growth. There are no long-term contracts — plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
- Do I need to change my POS system?

No. Chamoy works alongside whatever POS you're already using — Toast, Square, Clover, or anything else. There's no integration required and no hardware to swap out.

Every plan includes email, chat, and direct access to the founder's phone. We're a small, bootstrapped team and we take support seriously. Most questions get answered the same day.
